Attention all Ryckman Lecture Members:
Here is the information in order to join the lecture on Monday at 2:30, the normal time when we would be meeting for my presentations. Please follow the instructions prior to your arrival.
The meeting is pass protected. Only persons known to myself will be in attendance. This DOES include persons you may not know. Everyone will be i na brief Waiting Room until identified prior to entry.

I am advising people to arrive a bit early if they want to make sure everything is working. We cannot work out technical issues after 2:30 PM. If you are concerned, contact me and we can have a very brief trial run to make sure you can both see and HEAR the video portions of the presentation.
Again, at 2:30, everyone will be muted as I begin to avoid a cacophony of sound while I'm trying to speak. I will pause periodically for questions, at which time people can raise their hands or let me know they have a question. Your question will be heard by all, as will my reply.
I hope you understand the need to keep this in a strict format so as to avoid people appearing in the middle of a presentation. It will be informative, and fun as well, if in fact, a Pandemic lecture could be called fun.
